What is your minimum quantity to fill orders?

We have no minimum quantity requirements, however set up fees are applied to small quantity orders (see fee’s below). We require an extra set up piece to insure quality, and retain and store it in house for future orders.

This depends on the job and the quantity. In most cases artwork fee’s are $35 for supplied vectored traced line art, we accept file formats such as .eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf, or .dxf and convert them to the required format needed by our laser software. Bitmaps are accepted only if the image is in high quality resolution, and we apply a $125.00 per hour fee to rework the image into a usable format. There is also a minimum cost of $100 for production. We can also scan your camera ready artwork. Our set up fee is waived for orders numbering 100 or more pieces.

This varies depending on the job and the quantity. Same day turn around times are possible under certain circumstances, but in most cases, depending on the quantity, we can deliver product within 1 week (5 business days) after we receive the material and the Purchase Order.
